If we can’t agree you can call the Dental Information Point (TIP) for advice. TIP was created by our professional organization, the KNMT. If this also fails to provide asatisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints process. Within this process there are two possibilities, mediation or a formal complaints procedure resulting in a final decision.
